Q: I already placed an order. When will it ship?
A: Your order will ship by the 1-5 business days after it is placed. See the shipping page for more information.
Q: I would like to change my order. What do I do?
A:We believe that you have decided to place an order because you like this product very carefully, but if you do have the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please e-mail us at mallsoo@hotmail.com.
Q: I would like to change the shipping address of my order. What do I do?
A:If the product has not been shipped yet, not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at mallsoo@hotmail.com and reference your order ID #. Once the product is shipped, we do not accept the change of address, please understand.
Q: I would like to return my order. What do I do?
A: You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt of the item for a free www.mallsoo.com store credit or receive a credit back to the original payment source. It may take 7 to 10 days for your payment to post to your account. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt of an item.
